Adding a Custom Domain

You can use your own domain (e.g., courses.yourdomain.com) instead of the default simplecourse.io subdomain.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Domains → Add Domain
  2. Enter your domain (e.g., courses + yourdomain.com)
  3. You'll see the DNS records you need to add

DNS configuration

Add the displayed DNS records at your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.).

If you use Cloudflare: Make sure the proxy is disabled (gray cloud / "DNS only" mode).

Verification

Verification usually completes within a few minutes but can take up to a few hours depending on your DNS provider. You can click Refresh to check the status. You'll receive an email when your domain is ready.

Once verified, you can make it your primary domain.
