How Enrollment Works
Simplecourse lets you connect any payment provider to handle your course sales. When a student purchases your course, your provider notifies Simplecourse through an integration, and the student is enrolled automatically.
The flow
- A student buys your course through your payment provider
- Your provider notifies Simplecourse — either through a native integration or a webhook. You can also use Zapier to set up any trigger you want for enrollments.
- Simplecourse creates a student account and enrolls them
- The student receives a welcome email with a link to set their password
- They log in and can access the course
What you need to set up
- An integration — connect your payment provider in Settings → Integrations
Some integrations (like Zapier and webhooks) already define which course to enroll in as part of their setup. Others (like Digistore24) need you to add an enrollment source in the course's Enrollments tab to map your products to a specific course.
You can also enroll students manually if needed.
