Upgrading / Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time in Account → Manage Plan.

Upgrading

Upgrades take effect immediately. You get instant access to the new plan's features.

Downgrading

When you downgrade, features not available on your new plan will be deactivated:

• If you have more published courses than your new plan allows, excess courses will be unpublished
• If the new plan doesn't include course tiers, tiers will be disabled on your courses

Cancelling

After cancelling, your site continues to work as normal until the end of your paid period. After that, students will lose access, your site will stop working, and we will permanently delete your data.
